Online Shop Terms of Service
Effective from 1 May 2025.
§1. General provisions
The online shop available at ledguard.eu is operated by EVS sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company with its registered office at ul. Bolesława Prusa 7A, 16-001 Kleosin, Poland, VAT EU: PL5423491568, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS).
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Shop, placing orders, delivery of products, payment of the price, the Buyer's right to withdraw from the contract and the rules for submitting and handling complaints.
Use of the Shop is voluntary. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
§2. Definitions
- Shop — the online shop ledguard.eu operated by the Seller.
- Seller — EVS sp. z o.o., ul. Bolesława Prusa 7A, 16-001 Kleosin, Poland, VAT EU: PL5423491568.
- Buyer — a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit placing an order.
- Consumer — a Buyer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their professional or business activity.
- Product — EVSUN LED lamps and accessories offered by the Seller.
- Order — the Buyer's declaration of intent leading directly to the conclusion of a sales contract.
§3. Placing orders
Orders may be placed via the form on ledguard.eu, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
An order is effectively placed when the Buyer completes the order form and selects a payment method. After placing the order the Buyer receives an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order — the sales contract is concluded the moment this confirmation is sent.
The Seller reserves the right to verify the order and contact the Buyer in case of doubts as to its correctness.
§4. Prices and payments
Product prices are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) or euro (EUR) and include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of sale.
Accepted payment methods: card payment, bank transfer (Przelewy24), BLIK, cash on delivery (on request).
The Seller issues a VAT invoice at the Buyer's request, and for businesses — automatically with each order.
§5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Białystok, Poland within 1–2 business days from the date payment is received.
Available delivery methods:
- InPost — parcel locker 24/7 (Poland)
- DPD — courier (Poland and Europe)
Delivery costs are shown in the cart before order finalisation. Free delivery applies to orders above the threshold indicated in the current promotional offer.
§6. Right of withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of taking possession of the Product.
To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unambiguous statement (e-mail: kontakt@ledguard.pl or by post).
The Seller will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Buyer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered), without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement.
§7. Complaints
The Seller is liable to the Consumer for defects in the Product under the warranty rules set out in the Polish Civil Code (Article 556 et seq.).
Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@ledguard.pl or by post to the Seller's address. The complaint should include: the Buyer's details, order number, description of the defect and the requested remedy.
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
§8. Personal data
The data controller is EVS sp. z o.o. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

§9. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service are governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
Consumers have the option of using out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms — the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Amendments enter into force 14 days after their publication on the Shop's website.
