This Cookie Policy describes how the LedGuard online store (ledguard.pl, ledguard.eu), operated by EVS sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kleosin, Poland (Tax ID: 5423491568), uses cookies and other similar technologies (such as localStorage).
2. Types of cookies used by LedGuard
We use four categories of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active — without them the store cannot function correctly. Other categories require your voluntary consent, which you may grant or withdraw at any time in the consent management panel.
Strictly necessary cookies (required)
Cookies essential for the proper operation of the store — managing user sessions, the shopping cart, CSRF protection, remembering language preferences and your cookie consent choices. These cookies do not require consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, as they are strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the user.
Functional cookies (optional)
Cookies that improve your shopping experience — they remember your preferences, your list of recently viewed products and your selected region/currency. Refusing consent does not block purchases, but some convenience features may be unavailable.
Analytics cookies (optional)
Help us understand how visitors use the site — which products they view, where they come from, how long they stay. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. The data is aggregated and does not allow identification of individual users. We activate these cookies only after your explicit consent.
Marketing cookies (optional)
Allow us to show LedGuard ads on other sites (Meta Pixel — Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads) and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. We activate these cookies only after your explicit consent. Without consent you will not see personalised LedGuard ads in advertising networks.

4. How to manage cookies

LedGuard consent management panel
The footer of every page contains a “Cookie settings” link that opens the consent management panel. There you can accept or reject individual cookie categories (functional, analytics, marketing) at any time. Changes take effect immediately — rejected cookies are removed on the next request.

5. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
Some analytics and marketing cookies are provided by suppliers based outside the EEA, in particular in the United States. This applies primarily to:

- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel) — based in the USA

Transfers of data to the USA take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) — the Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (decision 2023/1795). Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are certified participants of the DPF programme, which ensures a level of protection equivalent to GDPR standards.
6. Changes to this cookie policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time — for example following the introduction of new analytics tools, changes in legislation or store development. Every change will be published on this page together with the date of the update.
In the event of material changes (e.g. introducing new categories of cookies that require consent), we will ask you to renew your consent in the consent management panel.
