How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We respond within 1 business day. Inquiries submitted before 14:00 on business days are often processed the same day.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes — every order is documented with a VAT invoice. For B2B customers, we issue invoices with a 30-day payment term after contract signature.

How do I file a complaint?

Fill out the "Complaint" form above with your order number and defect description. We process complaints within 14 business days in accordance with the Civil Code.

Do you offer special terms for architects and designers?

Yes — for design firms and architects, we run a partnership program with access to technical documentation (DWG, PDF), samples, and dedicated support.

Can I visit the showroom?

Our product display is available at our headquarters in Kleosin (ul. Bolesława Prusa 7A). Visits are by prior telephone or email appointment.

What are the minimum B2B order quantities?

There is no formal MOQ for B2B orders — however, wholesale prices (40% discount) apply from an order value of PLN 3,000 net.
