14 days to return your order without giving a reason.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (purchasing for purposes outside your business activity), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel — without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to order (custom configurations)
- products whose packaging has been opened and which have been used
How to return an item
Send us an e-mail
Write to kontakt@ledguard.pl with the subject "Return #[order number]". Provide the order number and indicate whether you want a refund or product exchange. You do not need to give a reason for the return.
Receive confirmation
We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Pack and ship
Pack the product in its original or other suitable packaging. Include the RMA number with the parcel. The Buyer covers the return shipping costs (unless the product is defective — in that case we cover them).
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund the full order amount (including the original delivery costs) to your bank account or card within 14 business days.
Complaints (statutory warranty)
All products come with a 2-year EVSUN manufacturer warranty as well as the statutory warranty under the Polish Civil Code. The Seller is liable for physical and legal defects of the Product identified within 2 years from the date of purchase.
How to file a complaint
- Send an e-mail to kontakt@ledguard.pl with the subject "Complaint #[order number]"
- Describe the defect: when it appeared, how it manifests, attach photos or video if possible
- Indicate your preferred remedy: repair, replacement, refund
- We will reply within 14 days with information on how the complaint will be resolved
